I built my professional experience in the sectors of real estate and credit law, later moving on to Bank services and counseling related to non-performing loans.
I’m a co-founder of E&W and I’m responsible for all the units operating in it, overseeing and coordinating their market development. In the past, I worked in Pirelli Real Estate SpA as Operating Director of Pirelli RE Credit Servicing, Director of Special Services and Director of the NPL Auction Service; I was also Member of the Boards of different companies belonging to the Pirelli Group. In my earlier years, I worked as Senior Asset Manager NPLs in SGC – a company of the Goldman Sachs Group.

Luigi Terruzzi

I went along with my passion for numbers and finance and conducted my professional career in Asset Management companies, participating to start up, merger and acquisition operations.
I am a co-founder of Eagle &Wise and I’m responsible of its operating structure. In particular, I oversee the after sale phases of transactions and the structuring of loan management processes within the management team.
In the past I worked for HSBC Asset Management and Nextam Partners SGR as Operating Director and for Pirelli Real Estate as BPR and Due Diligence Director of Pirelli Re Credit Servicing. Working in a complex environment gave me the chance to familiarize with different organizational structures and approaches.

Andrea Villa

I have always worked in the real estate appraisal sector. I have appraised properties for lending purposes, acquisition transactions, and for the management of non-performing mortgage loans.
I’m a co-founder of the company and I’m responsible of the Real Estate Services, which perform analyses and management of real estate assets and portfolios through the following units: Appraisals, Technical Advisory, Property & Energy.
In the past I worked in Pirelli Real Estate as Head of Retail and Corporate Appraisals within Pirelli RE Property Management and as Head of the Technical office in Pirelli RE Credit Servicing.
